What I witnessed yesterday in Warren with Vice President JD Vance and his Family’s visit to Vermont is totally sick and disgusting and should be highly concerning to every Vermonter and American.
These protesters are uninformed agitators and liars! I fault this behavior on the fringe organizations that many of these people subscribe to and follow. They listen to them more intently than the Bible. We witnessed people coming from other states and arriving in vehicles with out-of-state license plates. Some even had very young children with them singing their prepared song chants.
Additionally, why didn’t Senator Sanders and Welch, and Rep. Balint issue statements to stop these pre-visit chatter talks of hate on social media by their fringe groups? Christine D. Hallquist, the former gubernatorial candidate, played a leading part of hate, ramping up the uninformed en-sighting people to Pitcher Inn in Warren and then to the 2nd location of the Vance’s stay. She even gave out our address of his family..
I organized a “positive support” rally for VP Vance & his family in Warren with Maureen H. and Sherilyn. On Saturday morning, we arrived on Main Street in Warren to a sea of anti-group here chanting pro-Palestinians rants with Palestinian flags with hate rhetoric and lies. There were roughly 45/50 of them, including 5/6 young children and a single drum with someone banging on it reading prepared paper chanting of lies and hate. There was bantering between the two groups.
It was disgusting watching these people spewing hate, lies, misinformation, and jealousy. I thought these people were supposed to be a Welcoming group. There was nothing welcoming about these people. There, folks are uninformed and spew hate, and they had young children stand with them, scared and being indoctrinated. That is not healthy, they are learning how to hate, lie, and be disrespectful. I believe that is child abuse friends.
I do not believe these people understand the difference between democracy and a Constitutional Republic. It pretty simple in our U.S. Constitution. And they yell out that Vance is a fascist. In a democracy, the majority rules, if they decide to take your rights, they can do that too. With a Constitutional Republic, the individual is protected from the majority unconstitutional law. We live in a Constitutional Republic, but public schools do not teach civics any longer, let alone teach our law of the land.
They chanted that Trump/Vance are taking away LGBTQ rights, but then they support Palestine. Do these people not understand that Palestinians HATE gay and lesbian people? They will torch and kill them. They chanted support words for Hamas, the Palestinian terror group.
They sang songs for open borders, America is a great country that welcomes everyone that applies to come here legally. People from across the World want to come to America, We welcome you as long as you come through legal channels. And you follow our laws. “We The People” are a very welcoming people, come legally!
Than it was the Constitution. We are not a democracy, we are a Constitutional Republic. They were spewing that Trump/Vance are shredding it, HOW? I think they heard that one from Bernie. When I asked a couple of them, they couldn’t explain it. These are the same people that do not support our safe borders, our legal immigration process, and they want to diamante law enforcement and they fight to not let Immigration Enforcement officers do their jobs. They hate ICE and want open borders.
President Trump and VP Vance are protecting our sovereignty and taxpayer’s money that the Democrats/Socialists & Biden were spending like drunken sailors. They are ending the teaching of hate with CRT-Equity and DEI, and sex changes for children around the world through USAID, and giving money to terrorist groups around the globe that hate America. Cutting spending and wanting government employees to actually do work is not unreasonable people, and stopping 80 million deceased Americans from receiving social security checks to deceased people in not wrong.
Remember what these types of people did in the Summer of 2020. Can you say antifa and blm. This is antifa through and through. They are well organized and funded paying people to participate in these types of protests. They hate everything America.
Trump/Vance are frugal, hard-working, well-organized, caring people that respect our laws and ALL people, as long as they are law-abiding and doing the right things. I believe in 2nd and 3rd… chances as long as they are reformed.
The Vances’ visit here should have been celebrated and good and positive for our Vermont economy, and more for our great ski industry. But again, the far Left, with their bused in protesters, ruin it with lies, misinformation and hate! They subscribe to archaic and nasty behaviors, lying, hate, and jealousy.
Time for the Left to stop the nasty behavior and work together with all Vermonter. Stop taking your orders from the Bernies of our great little State.
