The gun rights representatives are again scheduled to testify on gun control bill H.610 on Wednesday.
They are prepared to testify on Draft 5.1 of H.610, that was released at 4:56 PM on last Tuesday, when they were scheduled to testify starting at 9 AM the next morning, having based their testimony preparation on Draft 4.1 of the previous week, when the same surprise notice was again dropped on the folks representing your rights. The gun rights representatives are again scheduled to testify on H.610. (See Agenda below)
There is reportedly a new draft of H.610 to be taken up Wednesday morning. Yet, once again, it is not available for review by the gun rights representatives, who are scheduled to testimony on Wednesday.
The gun rights representatives spend hours preparing to testify and miss work to be in the state house for their scheduled testimony. They are volunteers, fighting to protect your rights from this process.
The sponsors of H.610 are Judiciary Committee Chair Maxine Grad (D) Waitsfield, Warren, Moretown, and Ranking Member Martin LaLonde (D) South Burlington. Hide & Seek H.610 is their politics game.
It is your “due process of law” and gun rights that are up for grabs in this (Hidden Surprise) game.
